Anytime you need a fresh point of view, please try another member of our staff. We are a team and we’re happy when you’re happy.
CANCELLATION POLICY
As a courtesy to our guests and team, appointments must be cancelled 24 hours in advance. By scheduling an appointment at Jón Alan, you understand that if you fail to give the proper notice you are giving us permission to charge the full amount of your scheduled services. A credit card on file is required upon booking. All credit card information is encrypted.
PRODUCT RETURNS
Full refund for unused product returned within 3 days of purchase. Exchange for unused or minimally used product within 7 days of purchase. Receipt required for any refund or exchange. No returns on makeup items or brushes. No returns or exchanges after 7 days.
SERVICES POLICY
f you are unhappy with your service, please speak with our manager within 7 days of your appointment. We will be happy to make a service adjustment. Services reported after 7 days may be subject to regular pricing. No refunds.
GRATUITY
Rates do not include gratuity. If you feel it is appropriate, gratuity is greatly appreciated. Gratuity cannot be added to bill
GIFT CARDS
Gift card purchases are non-refundable. However, we are happy to transfer them.
- Gift cards expire 2 years from the date of purchase.
- No refunds.
- Gift cards may not be used toward gratuity.
- Gift cards may not be used to purchase packages/series.
- Valid on full-price services and products only.
